Basic Pricing Guide
(Appointments will generally fit into the stated appointment times, but additional billing will accrue for overtime at appointments. Situations that can result in overtime are additional dwellings, large acreage, etc.)

3D Virtual Tours, 360 Degree Virtual Tours, Aerial Photography and Still Photography
1. $50.00: Photography. (30 minute appointment- billed at $40 for each 30 minutes after that in 30 minute increments)
We will come and photograph your listing or facility for one flat fee.
2. $80.00: HDR (High Dynamic Range) Photography. (30 minute appointment- billed at $40 for each 30 minutes after that in 30 minute increments)
We will come and photograph your listing or facility using HDR technology for one flat fee.
3. *$130.00: 360 Degree Virtual Tour Package (up to 5 rotations, slide show and photos. 60 minutes- billed at $40 for each 30 minutes after that in 30 minute increments)
Up to five 360 degree rotations, and as many high quality photos as needed, placed on MLS compliant web pages (for realtors), as well as branded pages. The tours are not only sindicated to places such as Zillow, Oodle, Yahoo, Trulia and Homes.com, but you are provided with a stats page as well. This is our most popular package! * There is an additional travel charge for locations more than 10 miles outside of Grass Valley, Nevada City or Penn Valley. We provide services throughout Nevada County, Yuba County, Placer County and Sacramento County. Additional areas are available, so if yours isn’t listed, give us a call!
4. *Priced per Sq. Ft.: 3D Virtual Tours (Time based on sq. ft., no overages billed) Starts at $250.00 for up to 2,000 sq. ft.
These are fully immersive, 3D, walkthrough Virtual Tours powered by Matterport. Each room is photographed in 360 degrees, multiple times, allowing for a totally immersive experience. This also includes as many high quality photos as needed, placed on MLS compliant web pages (for realtors), as well as branded pages. The tours are syndicated to places such as Realtor.com, Zillow, Oodle, Yahoo, Trulia and Homes.com (requires real estate license for syndication). This is our most popular package! * There is an additional travel charge for locations more than 10 miles outside of Grass Valley, Nevada City or Penn Valley. 5. FREE: Your Virtual Tours on Realtor.com We can include your Virtual Tours on Realtor.com if we are photographing a home listed by a Realtor. We are an authorized Realtor.com provider. There is no longer a charge for this service.
6. $90.00 – $165.00: HD, live action video with voiceover or your introductions! (90 minutes- billed at $40 for each additional 30 minutes billed in 30 minute increments)
We will come to your facility, listing or event and create a video that includes a voiceover and still photos as well as video. This is posted on YouTube and can be embedded on your web site, Facebook, Twitter and more. If ordered in conjunction with a virtual tour set, the cost is $90.00. Ordered separately, the cost is $165.00. If ordered with HDR photography the additional fee is $30.00. Please call for more information!
7. $75 – $150: 4k Aerial photography and/or Videography
We are pleased to offer aerial photography and videography via drone with a 4k camera providing superior image captures. This can provide an expanded look for your buyers allowing them to see property layouts, tree cover, distance between residence and more!
8. $40.00 – Rush Fee: Limited availability and for photos only. This add-on must be pre-ordered.
9. $50.00 – Cancellation Fee: If you cancel your appointment less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment, we charge a $50 cancellation fee.
1. Social Media Marketing: $50.00/month
We have just launched a new social media program! For $50.00 a month, we will post up to 5 times a week to your following accounts (if available.) Twitter, Google+, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Pintrest and Tumblr. You provide your unique content and we’ll do the rest! Videos we shoot for you are automatically syndicated if you are a member.
1. $25.00: Single Page Flyer
One custom flyer created for you with your information, photos and verbiage. This is provided to you in .PDF format via e-mail so that you can print as many as you like, when you like at a much reduced cost. A color flyer printed at the copy store can cost more than $1.00 per copy! Our flyers typically cost our clients about .15 cents per copy.
2. $50.00 Double Page Flyer
This is a 2 page custom flter containing your information, photos and verbiage. This is provided to you in .PDF format so that you can print as many as you like, when you like at a much reduced cost. A color brochure printed at the copy store can cost more than $2.00 per copy! Our double sided flyers typically cost our clients about .30 cents per copy.
Business Card CDs:
1.) $25.00: per page
This is a custom, “auto-play” CD to send to your clients, associates, family or friends. This is a cost effective and professional presentation that enables you to mail your virtual tours, flyers, brochures, photos and information to your client, associates, friends and family in one small package. This enables the recipient to view your products and services without the need for internet access. We are also able to provide extremely high quality images via our business card CDs because there is no need to optimize them for the internet. Because there is no downloading, you can place up to 180 megabytes of information in a professionally presented environment that your clients will be impressed with time and time again!
1. $575.00 Basic package:
This includes custom graphic design (no templates are used here!), personalized domain name registration (in your name, for 1 year- additional years are $20.00 per year), web site hosting (for 1 year, additional years are $125.00 per year) and 10 custom pages. Many people utilize high quality still photos, high quality time-lapse or rotating pictures, company (or personal!) logos, links, and more. This is everything you need to get up and online! IDX Solutions are available at an added cost.
2. $25.00 add-on: Additional web pages
This is one additional page added to your web site.
3. $150.00 add-on: Copyright Removal
The rights to remove our copyright from the web site we develop for you. This does not include rights to remove copyrights from 3rd party providers. You must obtain permission from them individually prior to removing their copyrights.
FREE SERVICES INCLUDED WITH ALL OPTIONS:
1. We do not charge extra for uploading the web site to your server.
2. We do not charge for Domain Name Searches.
3. We do not charge you for tech support. You may call us from 8am to 6pm, 6 days a week (Monday through Saturday). You will also receive the cell phone # of one of our technicians so you can be relatively certain of being able to reach us. We will answer your questions, and solve any issues directly, honestly, and above all, professionally.
4. We do not charge for SEO and Description implementation. We feel that these services are integral to a successful web site.
